Ok, so a group of friends (like maybe 8 of us) are going to our Highschool's homecoming dance., We want to go to dinner before the dance but we don't want to do the usual pizza/pasta deal. Any suggestions?

You didn't say where you live, so its hard to pinpoint places in particular. But, here are some ideas:

1. Giovani's Pizza and Pasta
2. Olive Garden
3. Hooters
4. A Brewery that offers dining as well as 16 different beers
5. Cheesecake Factory
6. El Toritos
7. Lyons
8. Monteray Bay Canners
9. Chinese Palace
10. Red Lobster

i've got seen the two and that i generally want the dance earlier the dinner. That way, because of the fact the travellers end dinner, they may well be satisfied to stand up and start up dancing in the event that they choose. It in basic terms enables with the pass and keeps the social gathering from loss of existence. a great style of cases, the bride and groom are not getting to eat at as quickly as because of the fact human beings are speaking to them or they have stuff to do and the travellers are in basic terms caught sitting around if the dancing hasn't been opened with the aid of the couple yet.

It depends on where you live. If you have a Japanese steakhouse hear you go there. It's a lot of fun to watch them at the hibachi grills with the fire and such. Generally the food is really good as well. Also check and see if you have a tapas bar around you. Lots of little bites for everyone to share. Sushi is another good meal to share. Do a search in your local newspapers entertaining guide and see what you can find.

If you don't want italian food, it's sort of tricky. - considering those are typically very nice places. But, depending on how nice you want to make it, you could go to a Japanese Restaurant - the show kind - Red Lobster - Chinese Buffets. haha. there are some nice options just depends on what you like.
