Syphilis sores can scab when they are healing, just like herpes sores do. Syphilis is curable though, herpes is not.

That scab up?? I would say no, but am not an expert on this, I know that herpes does that towards the end of an outbreak when they are trying to heal.

syphilis, gonorrhea and yeast infections...B careful!!! and I almost forgot AIDS.
