Party is put on by company, so far the ideas are all great and parts of them could be put together - a potluck disco with toys for tots!

Why not do a potluck dinner and ask each employee to bring a toy for Toys For Tots??? This would bring the cost down and numerous children would benefit. My office also adopted a needy family. We broke it up in groups of 4 or 5 people and they would buy items for the person they picked. The gifts could be brought in for everyone to see before they are wrapped. Don't forget that Christmas is about giving, not just the partying. :-)

we are the same way... We have had a luncheon at different restaurants and have had a white elephant game at each one. Everyone brought a $5 - 10 item and we played until they were gone. The company put in two gifts - $100 Amex GC and a certificate for an extra day off. Nobody knows what they get until the game is over. Its alot of fun!

Have a Studio 54 theme. Put up a disco ball and have everyone dress up like we did in the 70's and 80's.

Is this put on by the company?

Lunch-cook a meal on site such as barbecue pork, beans, potato salad, banana pudding.
My company does this every year for our "Christmas Lunch" and I've always thought they were "inexpensive"
