Before you have an HIV test you need pre and post counselling. They can not test you otherwise. You have to give consent to a HIV test. If you are worried at all get yourself to the local sexual health clinic. They may well be able to put your mind at ease. If you think you could have HIV its important to find out as early treatment can make a huge difference to your long term health.

Not unless the doctor has requested it. An AID's test is specific and not normal with standard blood tests.

i believe accutane is an acne medicine, i wonder how you linked a blood test for accutane with HIV, the test should reveal if you have it, but i highly highly doubt you do, depending on your sexual history, if you've been safe with every encounter of sex, then you're fine, you have no reason to worry about HIV.

If you are worried then get an appointment with your local Sexual Health clinic and book a test.

A regular blood test doesn't check for HIV.
