I received a great diet list which, unfortunatelly contains meat & I don't eat meat (I am a pescetarian - I do eat fish, milk & dairy products).
Does anyone know what can I replace the meat with?

Thanx!

i think you answered this your self. as you eat fish this could be a good replacement, it has pretty much the same values as meat (protien, fat, calories).

btw, im glad to see that you have used to correct termology by saying pescotarian rather than vegetarian.

Fish is meat. Use fish I guess along with beans, soy and whole grains (I'm guessing this is a protein diet which is unhealthy anyway)

Besides that, I would ask a nutritionist..this is the vegetarian section..we don't eat fish and we are not experts on nutriiton or diet plans

umm in case you propose protein, there are various replacements. Tofu, soy meats, beans, nuts, peanut butter, etc. you will possibly be able to additionally prefer some B12 which you will get in supplements. that's what a great style of folk say, yet Ive been vegetarian my complete existence, and in no way had to take any supplements. and additionally you will possibly be able to might desire to get some omega 3s, that could properly be gained from flax seeds and flax seed oil. so some distance as different nutrition i'm stumped. i did not think of meat provided plenty nutrition, as properly intense quantities of protein, B12, and Omega 3s. stable success, and that i desire you are able to persuade your mom that being vegetarian won't preclude your concepts from processing.

You could try tofu, beans, and other "fake" meats.
Those substitutes usually have the same amount of protein as the meat. You have the added benefit, though, that bean and vegetable protein is easier for the human body to break down and absorb.

If you need proteins, you can get it from fish and dairy products. Also sprouted cereals, like horse-gram, green-gram, etc. To get texture, taste and feel of meat, Mealmaker would do.
But why meat? Animal protein would add up cholesterol and a lot of plump, particularly, if you are a young lady!

by the way.. fish IS meat.. it is the flesh of a dead animal..

But anyway.. just please call yourself pescatarian instead of VEGETARIAN (which you did.. I appreciate it)

Replace the meat with fish! Or tofu if you know how to cook it, or any soy meat... or even beans! (Like you cold replace a hamburger with a bean burrito)

I guess it depends why the meat is in the diet list.

If its just for bulk then perhaps use quorn or tofu products.

I'm thinking quorn or tofu but if you want more protein, try nuts cos my mum always said they help you to grow so try it out. XD
