Hi, it sounds like your dog is gonna have a few pups. The gestational period for dogs is 63 days, the closet thing is nesting, she wants to find a comfortable and safe place to have her pups. And apparently she has chosen your wardrobe to do this. My advice is to see a vet to make sure everything is fine with her. You can pretty much calculate her due date if you remember the exact time that they locked together. Although it doesn't sound like she is going to have very many, maybe 1 or 2 pups. You can feel her tummy and will probably be able to feel the pups, sounds like her due date is right around the corner. Good luck, hope all goes well.

She is probably either pregnant or having a 'false' pregnancy. Take her to the vet to know which way- if she is pregnant- you have a LOT of preparations to do for her litter. But 3 months after her cycle, she should have had pups by now if she WAS pregnant- their gestation is roughly 9 weeks, sounds like you are past that time. Also talk to your vet about getting her spayed- if you can't handle keeping a proper eye on her when she's in heat and let her run out and mate with Lord knows what, she should just be spayed, for her own health and safety (too big a male breeding with her could kill her- the pups would be too big to pass).

sounds like she going to have puppies if she hasn't gained a lot of weight she may only have one or two. I have also had a dog that went through a hysterical pregnancy if they don't get mated after a while they can do this. If that is what it is it only takes time to go away. but she will produce milk either way good luck

Puppies for yoooooouu!! Take her to the vet.
The wardrobe thing is a nesting instinct, leave this as her 'bed' and the vet will be able to guide you along the way.
