Are you growing or did you just have a growth spurt? I would go to your doctor. They will help you with this. I doubt it is arthritis at age 14.

First of all - how good are your running shoes - you need excellent running shoes as they will support you! Go buy some asics or something similar in the £40-80 mark - I know it sounds a lot of money - but it's worth it in the long run! Second - take some cod liver oil in capsule form to help with your joints Third - If both of those things don't help after a couple of days to a week then you need to go and see your doctor. Best Wishes! Kez x

Joint pain is something that comes with age, something us older adults deal with. A 14 year old shouldn't have pain in multiple joints from doing activities all kids do. Yeah, go see your doctor; maybe you're deficient in a vitamin or something. Good luck.

Go and buy some Glucosamine bone and joint food from the health food store or Pharmacy and make sure the strength is 1000 and take two tablets a day. After a week of taking it, you will find your joint pain won't be there.

yes A doctor would be able to asses your problem and advise you accordingly. There could be many reasons for the pain.
But I dont think it will be a big problem. Just see the doctor and I am sure you will be fine.
best of luck!

This could be related to arthritis but the only way to know for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation. Also, please let your mom know what's going on if you haven't already so that she can also help you keep an eye on this in addition to talking to your doctor.
