Go now, read it. On news.yahoo.com>Science, you'll find the articles "Rising Seas Likely to Flood US History" and "Leaders Gather for Climate Summit." In the first, you can access maps that show what would happen to Holland.

Holland is actually among the least likely to flood in the near future, because they have been fighting the sea for centuries, and have extensive dike systems in place to keep the sea out.

No. Sea levels today are 30cm below where they were over 150 years ago.
