On labor day, my wife and I, our children and grandchildren all met at my son's in laws home for hot dogs, hamburgers, banana pudding and all the trimmings. They have a pool and it was just generally a great time together.

The in-laws are Catholic, there was two of them. The rest of us are Baptists. there were 10 of us. We had the most delightful time after the meal. We all gathered in their den, and the in-laws mentioned that they were attending a Bible Study. I had always heard that Catholics were discouraged from studying the Bible, that they should leave that to the Priest. But they mentioned that all that had changed.

We shared with them, what we understood about certain scriptures, and when it was all over, each of us couldn't wait to get home and study some more, so we will be ready for the next gathering.

I am Christian and so is everyone in my family. We like to travel a lot. These are wonderful times for us to bond and share with each other the beauty of God's Creation and the deep bond we have for each other.

We often encourage each other to remain true to God even when facing life's trials.

Have faith dear friends in God.

When vodka / rum got involved.

I recall my girlfriend puking up and going into a fit on the balcony outside, someone phoning the police, and me having to go down to the station to get her the next day.
