I'd have to say the florescent light bulb, I heard those were banned in canada for causing seizures.

I definately know the clapper was the most underrated, if only one day those things had voice command, it'd be on!

That Clive Sinclair little run about thing..was it called the C5...death trap on wheels, although in fairness it wasn't over rated. It just wasn't rated at all.
