I'm baking, but the recipe calls for two teaspoons of cinnamon and I don't exactly like cinnamon. Is there a nice-tasting spice I could substitute?

P.S. - The cinnamon is for the crumb topping of a blueberry muffin..

If you don't like cinnamon, use lemon or orange rind--or skip it all together. You could use some nutmeg, however for 2 tsp worth, I would only use 1/4 tsp--no more . You really have to like nutmeg to add more! Pumpkin spice, is also a possibility, but I don't know what it is you are baking, so you'll have to decide for yourself.

skip the cinnamon....it won't matter. You can always add a touch of vanilla. Be careful..if it's a batter, it'll work. It depends on what you are making.

Try nutmeg or leave it out completely. The brown sugar will be good without it.
