Everyone has given you pretty much the right answers. You say this has gone on for two days, so yes, you could be getting dehydrated and by morning, you should go to urgent care. At this point, you may need an IV. Only at urgent care or the ER can they determine your degree of dehydration.
Guessing what is wrong is impossible without seeing you.
If you are not 100% better by morning, go to urgent care immediately. Have someone drive you.

No. After 3 days, and especially the rapid attacks, you need to go to the doctor. An innocent stomach bug wouldn't probably last this long, and with it being that frequent, dehydration is a major concern. Make sure you drink plenty of clear liquids. You may want to start out sipping on ginger ale or sprite. If you notice signs of dehydration, and/or you can't keep drinks down or they just don't help, go to the ER. It's a really serious matter and needs immediate attention.

sweetie DRINK A LOT OF WATER! you dont want to get dehydrated! Its flu season so that is probably the problem. If you continue on this way and do not get better in 28 hours go to a doctor. I suggest staying on the B.R.A.T diet. Banana, rice, apple sauce, and dry plain toast. do this for about a week and then add more foods of your choice into your diet. I would also try jell-o and popcicles for something easy and small. And please drink a lot of water with diarrhea and vomiting you can get dehydrated very easily. Also take it easy and get lots of sleep! Feel Better!

Nausea and vomiting are common. Usually, they are not serious. You should see a doctor immediately if you suspect poisoning or if you have
Vomited for longer than 24 hours
Blood in the vomit
Severe abdominal pain
Headache and stiff neck
Signs of dehydration, such as dry mouth, infrequent urination or dark urine

It could be a virus or bad reaction to a food. You need to take this to an emergecy ward. Dehydration along with a sodium/potassium imbalance could lead to more serious conditions. Call 911 if you can not get to the hospital.

Whoa it could be any nu. of reasons... Maybe it's just a small bacterial infection... Maybe it's food poissoning.
Bottom line... You need to go see a Doctor like ASAP.
Diarrhea and Vomting can kill... Yes Kill! It dehydrates you.
But don't freak out... I'm sure it's nothing serious.

Sounds like food poisoning, or some other infection in your stomach. important thing is to hydrate yourself as much as possible but if its been going on for this many days i think you should head over to the ER. you might need some antibiotics or at least so they can help you with the vomiting. I'm serious!

You probably ate something that didn't agree with you. Just let it pass for now. If the symptoms continue for more than a day, then you should see a doctor. Otherwise, the problem will go away when what's making you sick is eliminated from your body.

You could be suffering from food poisoning, but the immediate worry is your becoming dehydrated. Please have a friend take you to an urgent care clinic as soon as you can in order to have blood and stool samples taken, as well as to determine if you need saline to rehydrate.
