I think that kind of depends on the breed of cat mostly. So cats have light pink ears some have darker colored ears.

unless fur on it's ears are white then no. My cat use to get cold and his nose and ears would turn white but he was mostly white. if it's not a white cat then it should be pink to black in color

Yes it is normal, but if your cat starts getting black stuff in there it might be a sign of ear mites.

any pink is good - it shows blood flow, what u dont want is white, that means lack of blood flow, usually due to fleas.
