It's hard to find. But, it doesn't mean they are bad people b/c they had different partners.
If a women is say 26 years old and is not a virgin. It does not mean she was a slut. She could have had a long term relationship at 18-21 and then another with someone else 23-25.

Monogamy means one sexual partner in a relationship. So, a person could have had one relationship after another and been monogamous in all of them.
I think you just asked the question poorly. Yes, it is possible to find a virgin, but they are a rare find.

There are plenty of people that have married their childhood sweethearts, and have only had sexual relations with that one person for all of their lives.
