Everyone is different. even every 75 degree days is different. When you are cold your body sends more blood towards your skin to warm you. If you just ate or have been working out your body send extra blood to your stomach or muscles, respectively. I would usually not were a jacket at 75, but if i had just eaten or had exercised and went outside on a windy day I might. (what do you mean a quick answer?)

I think it depends on the person and the type of weather. Yesterday was 72 and grossly humid in my part of the world but today was 77 and overcast and chilly. I still went out in shorts and a tee, but my husband and daughter both wore sweaters today.

Hell yes, unless it is a light jacket or if you live near the bay

I do not know the answer to this question, but since you asked it raises other questions like: If your brain is at seventy five degrees should you ask questions on the internet?

Not so hot if you get use to it, try sleeping with the jacket?
