Can you explain for me what extension is that?
And how to use that.. What software can play this extension?

SRT, or subrip text format, is basically a text file with individual text lines of the subtitle and the timestamp. A typical video player that is compatible will load the video file, load the related subtitle file, and display the subtitle overlaid on the video file.

Try Media Player Classic, or VideoLAN Client to view them.

To edit them, search for "Subtitle Workshop".

SRT files are typically sub-title file(s) for movies. These files are called (usually by a 3rd party plugin) and is streamed alongside the video that you are watching. As someone else pointed out, check out http://www.fileinfo.net/extension/srt
