You cannot get a toned body in one month,. It takes time to lose weight and tone a body. You need to start doing more exercise so you burn more calories than you take in. Get off the computer and away from the television and dance to your fave CD or radio station. Ride your bike, hula hoop, jump rope, go the roller skating rink. go bowling just get out and move.

Continue walking that's a great low impact/high result exercise. Continue drinking water a lot of water it's good for many purposes. When you get home instead of plopping down and watching TV walk 3 more miles either way and walk back. Find some things to do around the house to keep you occupied and in motion, find a low impact routine to do in the mornings. But don't expect it all to come into place in a month start tomorrow and you'll be on your way soon....good luck

Doll, you are at risk for diabetes, and possibly heart disease. If you fix this now, your chances are better for not becoming that way, and for keeping the weight off.
Ask your doctor to refer you to a Nutritionist to talk to you about your eat habits. They'll figure out a plan for you.
Make sure that you eat breakfast every day. Use low fat milk in your cereal (only half a cup of cereal... like Life or All Bran), a piece of fruit, glass of water with Crystal Light and some peanutbutter on toast.
If you eat 5 to 6 smaller meals a day, your metabolism will work better for you.
Use lower fat dairy products, leaner meats, whole wheat breads, pastas and snack on fruits and vegtables. Don't drink soda, eat fried, fast or junk food.
If you dont eat, you'll gain weight. And if you dont exercise, you wont lose weight or tone up.
Ask your mom to sign you up for something you like. Soccer, dance lessons... get out and ride your bike, play basket ball. Heck, take up a newspaper route so that you walk every day. Find something, or you will be in worse trouble physically and emotionally.

Bear in mind that being a healthy weight doesn't always meen your gonna be happy with your body. But it's the differance between wanting, and needing to lose weight.

Try Alli . If ur lazy to excersise I recommend that . Now that blocks half of the fat going to your body, sooooo dont eat alot of fat because it has to come out ( from your behind ) and its a yucky feeling but as long as you eat healthy you'll be ok
