Its possible that you could be suffering from some form of mental illness. It would be impossible to properly diagnose you over the internet. You should see a licensed psychiatrist as soon as possible if these voices are disturbing you. It is good that you recognize that your doll cannot be talking to you, but it is unusual that you are perceiving voices that are not there.

The severe changes in mood as well as the voices you are hearing do sound in line with a diagnosis of schizophrenia. Schizophreniia is marked by "positive" and "negative" symptoms, when you are feeling expecially dull, that could be a "negative" symptom, whereas all your other symptoms would be classified as "positive symptoms". Please note that positive does not mean "good" when talking about schizophrenia, it refers to the nature of the symptoms and whether they appear as a result of overstimulation of some parts of the brain.

You do not sound like you have multiple personalities, which is the old way of referring to Dissociative Identity Disorder. You do have some symptoms of schizophrenia, and thus you may be able to get relief by medications known as dopamine antagonists, which reduce some of the symptoms that are troubling you.

I hope this helps.

Hearing voices is a problem, especially if they are commanding or giving you instructions to do things that are harmful to yourself or other people. I would not jump to diagnostic conclusions, as you can have hallucinations and not be schizophrenic. I would consult a psychiatrist, preferably one who is part of a health pavilion with access to a psycholoist as well. This way, if medications are indicated, you can take care of meds and counseling at the same place and, possibly, the same days.

How old are you? Schizophrenia usually starts in the early twenties. Go to the doctor. Why worry and fret there is something wrong. Early treatment for any disease is the key. Good luck

Well, not to be sarcastic, but I hope you're not using drugs or anything,...and I doubt you are...but the voices, etc...could possibly be the beginning of a mental illness...is it in your family at all?...are you taking any types of meds, that would cause you to hallucinate? Not trying to be nosy, or point fingers, just trying to eliminate anything that could be the cause..I would tell my general practioner, and ask them to refer me to a good doctor...and document all that you are feeling, it will help them help you...God Bless, honey, and go for help asap

out of the two i would lead more towards schizophrenia... although some of the symptoms lean towards multiple personalities.. these two diseases are completely different things... but it is possible for a person to have both... it sounds more like you have some type of drug problem.. or drinking problem.. if this is not the case, go to the dr.. if it is the case, go to a dr anyways...

Like the others said go to a doctor. I think the sooner the better - like today would be good. The sooner you go the sooner you can get a correct diagnoses and start to get better. Good luck.

It sounds like you may possibly have bipolar disorder. You should seek out professional help immediately. A psychiatrist will be able to properly diagnose and medicate you.

If you even have to ask if you have a mental condition, it's time to go to your doctor and get a referral to a clinical psychologist.
