its almost summer and i want to loose some weight and gain some muscle mass but i don't have time to join a gym i need ideas.

best thing to do is to start out slowly as your endurance is going to be very low right now. it's more important to get regular quality exercise especially since you are short on time there's none to waste. but you have to remember that exercise only helps to expedite the fat loss process. the diet ultimately determines the level of body fat and how big the muscles are.

devise a plan with short and long term goals that are achievable. start slowly making changes to your diet and eliminating all processed foods. shoot for 40% protein, 40% carbs (30 grams fiber daily) and 20% fats.

I dont have a lot and its now no longer fancy, I dont concepts. Im now no longer lazy as I paintings 18 hours an afternoon 7 days each week. There are some lazy human beings in society who will sit round and take a hand out. It occurs. yet I also understand it occurs in each economic type we've. My sister with the intern husband continues to be on welfare and food stamps. someone needs to revive that sort of stuff. undesirable doesnt equivalent lazy, stupid, or now no longer quite worth.

I was lazy too but realize that if you want something be willing to work for it. No special force is gona lose the weight for you just because you dont want it there. When i started i didnt go to gym. The best excersise i know is as home and outside. The only reason i go to gym now is to keep the shape im at now. And once your reach that stage you will be anything but lazy

When exercise is broken down into manageable segments it is possible. I also never go to a gym. I find that what I can do easily at home is what I actually do.

You can walk/jog around the neighborhood even if you just start out jogging for ten fifteen minutes. Also, you can buy some dumbbells to have at home and lift while watching tv. One last thing I bought this exercise hoop thing at Walmart for less than $20. It is easy to use that to strengthen the inside of the thighs while watching tv.
