I would thank Him for the wonderful family I have (a husband who loves me dearly and teenage sons who are spiritual, for the good health He has blessed us with and for His protection wherever we go. Everyday we read of such awful calamities - air crashes, car accidents, people being burnt to death, or drowned, or some of the "lucky ones" just lose a limb, or have fire crackers burst in their faces. Some are living in war torn areas, some are suffering exploitation, some are starving and watching their babies die of malnutrition.
Thank you Lord Jesus for sparing us of so much.
Last week I accidentally had a boiling glass of water in the microwave burst onto the palm of my hand and the pain was really bad. It has healed beautifully since (Thank you Lord) but it made me think of the excruciating pain that our Lord felt when He had nails hammered into His palms up on the cross. I want to thank Him for enduring so much pain for the sins of man. I want to ask Him if He will forgive my sins and take me to heaven when my time comes.
I have read in people's near death experiences about the warmth and love that radiates from our Lord when they meet him. I want to experience that!!!

My heart would probably sink. My knees would buckle beneath me and I'd start to cry right then and there.
Threw my tears I'd say, "Oh, my Lord, please express onto me a complete and utter satisfaction for I, your very child. Have I pleased you so? Did I say and do the right things when as tested of me?
Did I shine bright, glorious and bold for you and only you?
Tell me not that thine own eyes have ever strayed away from you! For if it has ever been, surely I was a fool and realized the sickness of my ways and soon there after, ask for your forgiveness.
Forgive me sweet Lord, here and now. Take hold of my hand and lead me into thy valley."
....I would then proceed to to ask of him if when I die, I may be like a child again. If I shall eternally be with him and all the people and pets I have lost through out my life.
After he tells me "Yes, yes, silly daughter."
I then I would say with a cheesy grin spread across my smutten face, "May I, my Lord, with your sacred consent, have for my eternal rest, a beautiful crystal blue lake filled with the fattest of goldfish, dolphins and such. That lake so clear and so rare, you can see clear to the bottom.
Within it holding all my little fishies that have once been mine for so many years but you, my rightous Father, chose to take them on to wait upon me.
But in my land, the land I have often wrote about, the land of endless sun, I wish there to be all my family and all my friends. Their eyes so bright with laughter. The very laughter that seems to break my heart at just the very memory of.
But amonst my loved ones and I, let there romp about our feet, all my lil' dogs and all my lil' cats that once graced me with their presence of innocence and purity.
Also, if you would throw in a few unicorns and obease sheep, that would be cool too."
;)
That is what I would do....
I've already thought about it before.

I'd try to hire him. Good carpenters are rare these days, especially the hand toilers. We would take him in I'd get relatively friendly and after a few weeks, I'd say "ok, dude what went on there? Did your mom ever talk?

I would know that I finally made it to the right place after a lifetime of rightful living.
I would drop to my knees and thank him for dying for my sins and saving me from eternal damnation.

I would first thank him for everything he has done for me in my life on earth and for saving my life. I would then bombard him with questions that I want answered; since he is the only one who could answer these particular questions.

Kneel at His feet and thank Him for His sacrifice. I don't need to confess to him. He already knows what I've done. I can only apologize. Hope you do too.

If Jesus even existed, I don't believe he was the son of any god. I'd probably just ask if he wanted to play Halo.
