There is no draft. Color blindness does not disqualify you from enlisting. Glasses don't do so either if your vision corrects to certain limits. A refractive index of plus or minus 8.00 diopters is the upper limit, but that gets waived for enlistment.
As a personal note, I am dismayed by the total lack of understanding concerning the draft. You have to register with Selective Service. But, there is no legislation ordering conscription. So, quit worrying about it.

Who said there was a draft? There is still and all volunteer military and people still signing up. I am a wife of a deployed husband on his second tour to iraq. You would be surprised if you signed up they still would take you. Color blindness , wearing glasses doesn't disqualify you. We had a friend who got Lasik. Don't worry!

I don't think the hay allergy would prevent you from being drafted. Color blindness disqualifies you from the navy and marines (I think). My pre-Navy scholarship physical tested for colorblindness (I guess its important for distinguishing between ships and the sea and planes and the sky). As for vision, you hace to have vission below 20/100 or 20/200 uncorrected and correctable to 20/20 in one eye, 20/100 in the other (I think, don't quote me on those).

There will not be a military draft. Not as long as there are plenty of new recruits and people like myself who decide to stay in. I would rather do my job with less men than we need, than be plussed up with somebody who doesn't want to be there. Calm your fears my little friend...
