Mind usually blamed for the logical thoughts you have. Emotional reactions are the voice of your heart, dear. To make a sound decision you should listen to both.

your heart pumps blood around your body. If you listen to it you should hear a lub-dub . . .lub-dub noise. If you hear something else then call your doctor. If you hear it talking to you call your psychiatrist.
The only bit in your body capable of thought is your brain. You may have several thoughts at one time due to the way the brain has evolved over time. Some people confuse themselves about where these thoughts are coming from, but they are all from the various areas of the brain that deal with different levels of thought.

Mother Nature enables us humans with a sense of right and wrong. This comes from the heart. On the other hand, we are forced into a "survival of the fittest" state of mind(brain). There should be a balance between these two, which is based on how we live.

Positive energies. That sounds a bit mystical. I can't answer for a "magical" approach to truth.
If the heart of man is wicked and all his thoughts are consumed with transgression, it would be best to search for truth by eliminating those things. Look inside your own heart for recognition of where you stand with God and allow Him to speak to you in the fashion you recognize. When His Holy Spirit convinces you of your sinful nature with respect to Him you will have an opportunity to ask Him to bring you to Him. He has already opened the path. All you have to do is take it.
