I'm a hard working 19y/o searching for a job. For someone my age, my experience (career wise) overqualifies. At the age of 19, I managed to work in security, sales, retail, telecommunications, fashion design and my biggest accomplishment - co-own & manage a 1000sq. foot clothing shop.

I've done a tremendous job in all of my past positions, even had awards and positive feedbacks. But when it comes to applying for another job, I kind of "chicken out" and think that I won't get a response after sending my resume or application...And during interviews, it's so hard for me to be myself and explain/describe myself to the interviewer. I run out of words, making the interviewer think that my resume/application is all BULLSHHHT...

Can anyone relate? help?

1 year out of high school and you have job experience in 5 fields plus a business owner ?

I'm thinking future employers are looking at your 2 - 3 month per job history and figure you for a flake .

And the avatar says 35 yr old , what's up with that ?

Maybe time to stick to a job out for at least 2 yrs before getting the itch and jumping ship .
That short focus does Not look good to a new boss .

dude, try and be yourself but as u stated don't lay it on too thick. that is a pretty heavy resume for someone young.
God bless.
