It sounds like a scam, unless he is speaking of a legal resident joining the army and going into active service (there is a provision for that). The only possible other way to do that would be if your parent became a citizen while you are a minor. Even if you get married you need to be a resident.

You might want to go to uscis.gov and check out whether the program he is discussing is legitimate.

Do not give this man any money. No, it is not that easy. You musy be here legally to apply for citizenship and you must pass the citizenship test. No lawyer has the right to just give you a green card and then make you a citizen. The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court cannot do that.

Have nothing more to do with this lawyer and don't let your friends fall for him either.

I do not believe you are stupid.

That's a scam. First off one has to have a visa then they need to be a resident for 5 years. If everything is in order then they can apply for US citizenship. The wait sometime is up to two years from the time one applies to the time they are tested. Yes there is a test and one has to pass the test. Then there is a follow up where one is sworn in that too will take months.

It's bullcrap, don't give him any money he's just trying to get money out of you. There's no way that would happen.
