Start attending men's group Bible studies. There you will find one.
For you non Christians who don't understand this concept, let me explain.
Yes, Jesus paid for our sins. Our sins are covered. God does not want us to keep living in sin. There is something in us that drives us to try to rid sin out of our life. The Bible says to confess our sins to each other. So that's why we get accountability partners. If we are struggling with alcohol, sex, or something even trivial, we almost always need someone to help us out of it.
It's like doing some kind of adventure race with a team mate. You help each other out.

You need to keep yourself in check. It's called "the spirit of self-control" which is one of the gifts of the Spirit Paul talks about in the New Testament.
Find a decent church, read your Bible, pray daily, guard what you let into your spirit. You've got no business dumping that responsibility on someone else.
Find some Christian fellowship. Then you can help and nurture one another.

That's a little too much like Big Brother. No one wants the 700 club monitoring their every little move. It's sad if you do.
The thing about making mistakes, sinning, whatever- is that it's the best way to learn how to make things right and grow as a person.

I've never heard of such a thing. Is this like the mentor or whatever he's called in AA that you'd call if you were thinking of taking a drink? How about you keeping yourself in check?

The point of accountability is that it someone that you're already in community with. Better to ask someone you know.

The whole idea behind christianity is that there is no accountability. You do the sin, Jesus pays the price.
