I moved to Los Angeles 10 mths ago to be closer to a special woman. However, in February I caused a scene. In May we started hangin out on a limited basis. Now however it has been nearly 4 months since we talked. I really want to get her back into my life. Not to pressure her, but just spend time together. What should I do?

You need not. Get a new woman.
Life cannot be played on a rewind mode. It always moves forward.
On a terrain, you can go forward and come back. But when a cup and a saucer falls from a table and break up, can you put them together and climb on the table on a rewind mode? Relationships are that proverbial cup and saucer..

Just move on if she doesn't want to hang out with you. Four months is a long time to not speak to someone so you should just be over it
You can call her if it's that much to you and see what happens but if she doesn't answer is shows you she's not interested then just let it go
