The Nyquiat rate is twice the highest frequency to be reconstructed (not twice the bandwidth). Since the highest frequency you have will be 5 KHz, the minimum Nyquist sample rate is 10 KHz.

The Nyqvist sampling rate is twice the bandwidth. The bandwidth is 4600Hz., so the Nyqvist rate is 9200/sec.
