This is what im goin to start. Tell me if it's good

-In the morning i eat whole wheat oatmeal.
-Take the bus.
- Eat nothing in school. (drink water)
-Walk 2 miles from home.
-Eat Lunch.
-Play Boxing,Tennis On nintendo wii. i get sweaty crazy!
-Do about excerises for 20 minutes
-3-4 hours later eat dinner. (healthy food)
-& a hour later hip-hop dance/Belly dance for 30 minutes.

& if i get hungry i'll eat small good snacks.

& im goin to cut off.

-Cake
-Soda
-Juice
-CHiPS
-Icecream
-Pizza
-FrenchFries
-CANDY.
-Burgers
-BREAD.( once in a while)

tell me if you think i'll lose 10 pounds by December.
or what i'll lose.!!! i'm 165 pounds

You should eat a little something at school; maybe a granola bar or another small snack to give your body energy.

If you were to stick with this diet until December, you could easily lose 10 pounds! 20 pounds might even be possible!

You are growing, so you don't have to work too hard at it-
Don't eat white rice or white bread- it goes' right through you and does not keep you full!
Just Eat one less piece of bread a day- then you lose a pound a week.
Have burger every three days, with whole wheat bread for all bread choices.
The healthy way is only two pounds of weight loss a week.
Eat good breakfast - Measure your cereal and milk portions in the morning- but eat meat and fruit also with cereal and you will set your metabolism up to high set-point by eating breakfast at 8 am each day- the reason one is hungry at lunch time, is the person has used up all their food and need some more, for energy.
I've noticed people with huge bowls of cereal- then eat a little the rest of the day- That much cereal and milk, with all that sugar busts the whole diet, as it alone is 1000 calories!
Need 1600 calories for whole day avg.- based on activity and height.
Bread group items gives' you energy- so cut down to 6 servings and see how it goes- because you will get too tired if cut it out all together.
Protein in between meals, and only 100 calorie snack will be the good way.
If you cut out protein, you will lose lean muscle mass, and then, if you gain any weight, it will be fat in the place of wher the muscle used to be.
Dieitng over the years the wrong way turns' all your body into fat deposits.
Fruits and vegetables can be eaten in huge amounts, because they are so low in calories, and the fiber they contain fill you up.
Walking a lot will curb your appetite, while it is taking the weight off.
Don't forget milk after meals- to aid in weight loss- lose more, actually. 1% or 2%.
Pear or apple before each meal.
Eat all you want if teenager of healthy stuff- just measure and eat only a serving size-

Yes, but eat a couple pieces of fruit, some nuts and drink water. I can see you losing more than 10 pounds, by December. You go girl.

A good thing to try, and Ive done this myself and It helped me a lot. Try a fat burner, Ive tried Lipo6, and Envy. Lipo6 worked very well, since its mainly for women, and targets the belly, buns, and thighs, and helps with your thiriod also.

yes just by drinking water and cutting out soda you could probably lose that in a month.
