Ok, there's this guy I like now and he's in bootcamp. He's been there since July 19th. He wrote me 7 letters during his first 2ish months there. And then the letters stopped because he was really busy (not an excuse he actually was) and today he used his only 10 minute phone call for the week to call me (he couldn't call his parents because they're in Ireland). What would you think this means? lol

It's not stupid. In basic they order you to write home and phone calls are limited or not allowed at all. As you get more phone time you naturally begin writing home less.
It means he likes you, yes. When I was in basic and AIT, I liked every "split tail" that I layed eyes on!

well, communication is so important for him. communication with people he cares about regularly are imperitive. talk about your possibilities with him later if he does not bring it up. get him through the day with your letters and phone conversations. being supportive of what he is doing is a good start. dont worry if his letters are spuratic keep them coming from you he will appreciate that. obviosly he cares one way or another for you or he would definitely be using his one call a week on someone else. support him he needs it. bootcamp is physical, emotional, and nobody could ever understand what he is going through right now.

My high school boyfriend joined the Marine corp when we graduated. They werent allowed to call family during that boot camp, but I'm sure he is thinking about you alot. When they arent busy they think alot and they figure out the people they really want in your life! So just feel lucky, and know that he does like you if he calls you when he gets the time!

I would guess he really is busy. How did the phone call go? I mean its not vacation camp he does have to be up early and to bed late. Not a whole lot of time to write. I would hang in there. Keep writing him!

nothing really i think its just he likes you but he hasnt had time to talk. i can say with the 7 letters he writes and 10 min conver he likes you in some way

I think he has feelings for you...which is good if you like him back! I think it was sweet of him to call you and to write, cause most boys I know aren't good at writting letters!

aww, thats sweet. no worries, its not a stupid question :) I personaly think that he really likes you and never wanted 2 tell you..or maybe there is the possibilty that hes just lonely and horny like the one guy said on here. :)

Sounds like the guy likes you, send him letters and care packages if you can, if you like him and want to generate something. Support his ego when he needs it.
