CO means Commanding Officer....and for the above, i BELIEVE Gnr is Gunnery :) the more you know the more powerful you are, right? :)
NCM is non-commissioned member....NCO is non-commisioned officer, I believe :) I suppose it would depend what country you're from. I know the Americans have different abbreviations and ranks from us Canadians..the different branches of the military (air force, army, navy) have different ranks, as well...I am not 100%, but I hope I helped ya :)
