Yes, but not that bad.
The first time I peirced it my friend did it and that was very painful but getting it done professionally isn't that bad.
My tounge pierceing actually hurt worse than my belly button

not really, but this coming from myself **which Ive had 24 piercings..its more of an irritating pain than anything. and u have to be careful when putting on tight(er) clothing. and make sure to KEEP IT CLEAN otherwise you will have that "disgusting ooze"...

there is a bit of a sting.. but i guess it depends on your pain thresh hold.. if you are usually good with that sort of thing it doesn't hurt much.. i got mine done.. it didn't hurt much.. just make sure you take really good care of it after though.. as you don't want it to get infected.. cos then it would really hurt..
but if you aren't too sure.. just squeeze the skin that is going to be peirced yourself.. if you can handle that then you will be fine.. good luck!!

no, just a slight pinch, not even. Don't drink beforehand, that's just dumb. And make sure you go somewhere clean so it doesn't get all infected.
