Good for you? Or is there any other good kelloggs food that are good and heathy?

they are not healthy at all, only Kellogg claims they are. all of those items are heavily processed and are loaded with additives and preservatives. simply reading the list of ingredients tells you that there are more man made substances in those foods that natural occurring.

out of those, Protein water and protein cereal are the best. The others generally have significant amounts of sugar, which is bad. Low calorie doesn't necessarily mean healthy. It just means your body gets less energy from it.

They all sound pretty healthy to me. And, I'm a sort of health food nut.
