So you've heard the preaching of Falwell and Swaggart, both Fundamentalists. Do you realize how many Christians aren't Fundamentalists? I'm a Christian. I promote tolerance for the beliefs of others, pacifism, freedom of religion, and have respect for people who have different opinions than I do. That doesn't sound like the teachings of a fearmongering death cult to me.

Whether Christianity or for that matter any other religions or belief is true or not, people do not think of death as long as they live. Death does not tell a person before hand and stike him. Death happens when it is time for one to go ... Religions normally talk about life after death so that you do good and not turn evil while living on this earth. It is unfortunate people of some extremist religions also teach the wrong things ...

Nope.

What exactly was it that you heard these men say that makes you think this? Dates and words please?

They can only answer for themselves, however.

The Christian beliefs are:

God loved us so much that he sent His only Son to die for us, paying our sin-debt.

Love one another as yourself.

It also says "perfect love casts out ALL fear," and God's love IS the only perfect love.

At no time did Jesus ever preach "Hate so and so," on the contrary, he modeled loving and including and serving even those that society would not consider worthy.

But you can easily read the Bible and see for yourself what are the teachings of Christ.

Those men you mention are not representative of ALL Christians. Many Christians do not spread hatred and fear.

It a BLOOD -DEATH cult.
They worship a God that required blood, he killed himself-son to be able to forgive us, blood only could work for forgiveness.(weird)

They worship a version of God that will torment people forever in a hell for billions of years.
It is a scary death-blood cult indeed.
