Go to an Urgent Care center (more cost effective than ER) and see a doctor. You should no longer be cramping and never should the pain be so bad that you're having break through on pain killers!!!!

You might have what's called endometriosis which causes cramps so bad that painkillers don't work and you often feel as if you can't get out of bed. I can't imagine why you would have cramps after your period is gone. I would also recommend going to an urgent care center as the others before me have said. You might need to put on a pill for endometriosis or birth control pills. B.C. pills can relieve cramps and make your periods lighter.

take ibuprofrin and find a plastic bottle or jug from your kitchen and fill it with hot tap water, wrap on dish towel and put it on your stomach. I used to do that when I had ovaian cyst ruptures. Lay down and try to relax and just destress. If the cramps are really bad, you may have something going on instead of menstrual cramps. When my cysts got large I thought they were cramps but it turned out it was a cyst about to break and that hurts like h3ll.

Sounds similar to a condition I had years ago. The excruciating pain didn't begin until my period was nearly over. Wound up in the hospital, with something my doctor diagnosed as PID (Pelvic Inflammatory Disease). Antibiotics will clear it up, and if not treated, PID can lead to scarring of the fallopian tubes and sterility. See a dr. ASAP

Try crawling around on the floor. I know it sounds strange, but it really does work.

I suggest that you also go to the medical clinic in the morning. It is not natural to have cramps 3 days after your period stops.

Are you passing larger clots than usual? Or cramping more than usual... or more severly than what you are used to?

If so, time to go to an Urgent Care.

* Doll, get a friend to take you to Urgent Care. You absolutely need to go kiddo.
