it will work much better if you 86 the processed cereals, frozen dinners and pretzels. processed foods are not nutritious despite what the label may claim. all of the additives and preservatives have a very negative effect on the endocrine system. the source of your calories is more important than the actual calories. the less man made processed foods in your diet the faster you will lose body fat and the healthier you will be.

Breakfast: eggs with oatmeal and fruit

Snack: apple with peanut butter

Lunch: turkey sandwich on sprouted bread with a small salad

Snack: serving of mixed nuts or seeds

Dinner: lean meat and steamed vegetables or salad

Snack: low fat cottage cheese

Depends on your goal. But that frozen dinner will be chock full of sodium... and i think the no fast food thing is good, i have sworn that off as well. The starbucks however, i would shy away from, have u seen the reports on the calorie counts of that stuff?

This is what i do : no beef or pork. I am slowly tryna shed away from bottom feeding seafood ( clams, catfish, shrimp). I dont do any more seafood, and trying to stay away from eating after 7pm...

What do you think?

It's almost October. Soup time. I do not like frozen foods, unless it's July and you're talking ice cream. The stuff is bound to negative effects after a while.
