modern day Christians poo poo the pagan origins of things like Easter and Christmas, even though the Bible clearly warns of mixing the table God with the table of the demons.
Also, Jesus warned of the fact that leaven (which symbolizes impurity) ruins the whole loaf.

I have tried this tactic on Christians, only to have them totally NOT get it. I am a pagan Witch, I believe that it is what you DO that matters, not what you call yourself, so if what I do is good in the eyes of anyone, including Christians, then is it not good?
I don't believe in god. So no matter what I do, according to the Christians who answered my post, I am doomed, even though I do all kinds of great things. I could call myself a Christian, believe in god, and do all sorts of horrible things, ask for forgiveness and still go to heaven, but because I call myself a pagan and a Witch, and don't believe in their god, I can act like Mother Teresa and save the world from cancer, but I am still going to hell.
I think it is all so so silly and ridiculous. Does god judge hearts or deeds, you ask? According to the Christians, he judges labels and mind-boggling belief in a really unbelievable system.

If you believe in the one and only true God, then why are you messing around with Pagan Rituals which God, in the 10 Commandments, forbids?
God can see your heart for what it truly is; I suggest forgetting the Pagan Rituals, start praying for forgiveness, promising never to do this again.

Hearts. He's got faith, and because of that, will do deeds. Not just deeds as the other guy has.
Faith without deeds is useless, but deeds without faith is pointless.

Faith without works is just as dead as works without faith.
If faith doesn't lead us to works (not necessarily rituals - but the actions that a Christlike attitude leads us to live by), then it isn't truly much of a faith.
Don't go separating the two. An active faith is what is required of us.

GOD looks at the heart the true intention of the thought or action.but if you have already done the deed then GOD will judge it if it is sin or not.

Both. I am not worried about celebrating Christmas or Easter Egg Hunt or Halloween. That does not interfere with my personal relationship with God. Do not do it if you think it is wrong.

If you know God, you will be judged on all your thoughts and actions and whether they were in line with God's word.
If you don't know God, you will burn in Hell forever regardless of your beliefs or actions.
