Hiring you would be corporate jeopardy. You are no asset as an illegal.
The common sense answer would be to do the right thing and apply for citizenship.
Just out of curiosity, who's paying your tuition? Mine is scary high and I have to work and borrow from the government just to get my education.

Contacting an attorney isn't such a bad idea. No need to sue you. However, maybe you should consider whether or not to sue your parents. While you were under 18, you were not legally responsible for your illegal presence here. But, now that your over 18, you are. Since you're now 20, you've been here illegally for over a year now, which means you are currently ineligible to get any sort of visa for t he next 10 years under Section 9B2 of the INA. And, on top of that, you wouldn't be able to adjust to some legal status while here in the US. You'd have to leave and apply for a waiver through USCIS, if you're eligible to apply for the waiver. So, go see an attorney, and good luck, and God bless.

Sorry, in the tech industry, you will definitely need a SSN to work. The best bet is to go back to your country and then apply for a working visa. A U.S. company can sponsor you. You can also move to India or China where we outsource many tech jobs.

Go back to your native country. You will never find legitimate employment in the US unless you engage in identity theft. Even then, more and more companies are firing those whose ssn doesn't match when the letters arrive from the government. Government raids are making sure of that. Homeland Security recently provided a method of instant check for companies to use.
The environment isn't friendly for those who are ignoring federal immigration laws...and it is becoming less friendly each day.

You will have desirable skills when you graduate so it will be easier to go back to your native country and apply to an IT contractor there who will hire you and farm you back to the US. So start contacting those contractors in your native country now because it will take time. I like Infosys and Wipro but there are many others. It is possible but unlikely that you may not have to go back to your native country at all.

What comment are you looking for?? Are you seeking advice?? If you are in college, you know what YOU need to do, and you realize that graduating college won't make you legal.
You say "this" country....what country is that? That might help, if you are asking for advice. You do realize people from numerous countries post on this site don't you??

You'd have to find a company willing to sponsor you on an H-1 visa. It's going to be a bit difficult but with the guidance of any of these miserable illegal alien groups you should be able to pull it off.
Forget going home. I want you to get a good job and start paying taxes for the civil free ride you've had for 12+ years.
