determine what your BMR is than divide that by 24 to find out how many calories your body burns burns per hour, then divide that by 4.

I would not run in place but go outside and walk, it's not a natural movement.

You really should run for at least 20minutes. You won't start to burn fat until you run for an extended time. You need to break through your reserves first....It is easier not to eat something than to try and run it off. If you run longer your heart will continue to pump harder after you work out to help burn more Cal's.

For fifteen minutes? Depends how hard you run, but I would say about... 120 calories. Just keep in mind, if you want to lose ONE pound of fat, you need to burn about 3,000-3,300 calories.

It depends on your age, how fast you go, and your heart rate. A pedometer could help you figure out how fast you're going.

Keep up the good work!
