i'm 13 I my scale says i weight 205 pounds and my pounds of fat are 13.5 is that good or bad I'm I I'm pretty buff for my age compared to other people I in karate and I train alot my mile time is 8:50 do think I'm fat and don't be rube and my height is 5'10 and my bmi 29.5

there is much more than 13 lbs of fat there. your body fat is closer to 14%-16%.

if you are using a scale that uses bioelectrical impedance to measure body fat. the models sold to consumers are highly inaccurate.

well if ur lookin at BMI, then you would be considered overweight, but its nothing to be too worried about if you are active, but since you are so active, u could easily drop a few pounds, just by cutting out fast food, and eat healthy for two weeks or so, and by that time, u will want to eat healthy on regular basis, drink lots and lots of water, no gatorade, that stuff isnt that great for you, i played basketball in HS, and as soon i switched to water from anyade, i dropped 5 pnds n a week

no. im 15 and have 30 pounds of fat, and my BMI is only 23. they aren't really related.
