You would also think that a perfect entity would not condemn people who spent their lives helping others to an eternity in Hell just because they didn't kowtow to him.

First you must look at the context to which he says it. These are the ten commandments. And he starts off by saying that You must not have sculptures, or false idols against me. When he says he is jealous he means he wants whole worshipness (if thats even a word). He is a jealous god and he has the right to be. Imagine if you had worked really hard on a school project. You finally have it perfctly done. And right when you're about to show it off for a grade, someone steals it and takes your credit. You'd be livid. Well, Jehovah created all things, but then there are people who believe in evolution, there are people who worship idols, there are people who worship riches and fame, etc. Therefore, he created all things and DESERVES our aknowledgment, and worship.

"God is often presented as a jealous God in the OT (Num 25:11; Deut 6:15; Isa 59:17; Ezek 5:13; 38:18–19). Jealousy in essence is an intolerance of rivals. It can be a virtue or a sin depending on the legitimacy of the rival. God would allow no rivals in the covenant between him and Israel. He bound Israel exclusively to his service and he swore to protect her against all enemies.

2 Cor. 11:2, For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ. There is a just jealousy that is not sin. Normally our human jealousy leads to people being mad and saying things they shouldn't, even to fights occasionally. God is a Jealous God, he will not give his Glory to anybody, he created all things and for his good pleasure they are and were created. The Bible says you can be angry and sin not. Eph 4:26, Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: God is perfect in every way, we on the other hand are not.

Wow. Now who are you to question God, the Grand Creator of All things? You're just a mere imperfect human like the rest of us. We only think and use only .01111% of our full brain power now. Some even less; can you relate?? Hmmm...

Anyway, I certainly cannot wait until Armageddon. We won't ever have to view or hear such blasphemy ever again; NOT EVER.

90% of the world's population will be destroyed at that time. Intelligent ones can see why.

Blah...the blinded minds of the non-believers:
---------------------------
Never be bullied nor ever feel inferior to an atheist. Try to always put Jehovah God first in whatever you do in life and that includes being in the face of those who hate him and his son.

They should not scare you and you do not have to go down to their level. You can smile when they behave this way because you know what God's word, the Bible says about ridiculers:

Ridiculers are, in general, detestable to others. (Proverbs 24:9) If such do not accept reproof, they will experience disaster. (Proverbs 1:22-27) And how despicable are those who deride the poor, or their own parents. (Proverbs 17:5; 30:17) Ridiculers often refuse to listen to rebuke (Proverbs 13:1) and do not love those reproving them. (Proverbs 9:7, 8; 15:12) Nevertheless, they should be disciplined for the benefit of others. (Proverbs 9:12; 19:25, 29; 21:11) Instead of keeping company with such unholy ones, it is better to drive them away; much happier are those who refuse to sit with ungodly ridiculers.—Psalms 1:1; Pr 22:10.

“For you know this first, that in the last days there will come ridiculers with their ridicule, proceeding according to their own desires.” (2 Peter 3:3) Jude says that the desires of these ridiculers are “for ungodly things.” He calls them “animalistic men, not having spirituality.”—Jude 17-19

You can and should rejoice in the face of ridiculers because you know you are doing God's will and it was prophecied that these lowly ones would come out of the smallest of rocks to try to offend Jehovah and you, yet you stand strong. Rejoice in the face of ridiculers, and leave them alone.

You just misinterpreted and trying to take it out of context! The true meaning of this is: God doesn't want anyone of us to worship any other gods, other than Him.
Exo 20:5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me.

God's jealousy's is Just and Righteous, for He loves us and do not want any one of His creation (the human race) to be separated from Him, John 3:16.

That's why we are so blessed compared to angels, for once angels is lost or sin against the Holy Will of God, there is no remission or payment for their sins.

And that's surprises me: to people who knows there is God and Lord Jesus, yet they just deny Him because of unbelief and ego in their hearts!

Jesus said it best when speaking to the Jews, "You are of your father the devil," and we all know the devil is imperfect. All you have to do is convince all the delusional religious peoples that they are living in wishful thinking because the creator of this species is not the perfect God of heaven but the imperfect one just like THEMSELVES..................
