I am not sure if the milk and or the egg will defrost ok? Jfmfit.

you could but it would be better to cook then cool ,and slice into portions and then freeze,then you have a quick pud or you have to do is pop it in the microwave,either way you have use your oven...

I know bread freezes and defrosts fine. You can even take a frozen slice out and toast it and it will taste as it should. Pudding im not so sure about.

In a word, no! You can't freeze, it uncooked or cooked, it just doesn't work.. sorry love, it is a bit too complicated and scientific to explain.. *s*

better to `almost` cook them before freezing.

Yes can be frozen i do it at work, we cook ours 1st though.
