No. That's BS.
Two important things to remember if you want to go to heaven.
1) Do what Jesus commanded: love yourself, love other people, and love God.
2) Ignore the whacko fundamentalists who tell you that you can't be gay and Christian at the same time. They're judgmental idiots.

The bible does speak of heaven and hell. God is the only judge and whether or not you go to hell is totally up to Him. According to His word, by you living a homosexual lifestyle then you are not keeping His commandments. There were some things that I was doing that was against His commandments and I know that would have landed me before His judgement. As for me, I know that I would have went to hell with gasoline underwear on.(lol)
Now, I am a Christian and have been for 3years now. I have learned a lot and still have a lot more to learn. There were some things that I had to give up. The bible talks a lot about the sins of the flesh or sexual sins and there is a reason for it. The things that we do to our bodies affect our spirit. I was a fornicator who did not think that anything was wrong with it until one day I understood what was wrong about it. It was clouding my good judgement. Although I personally didn't feel like I was doing anything wrong I must admit that there was always a nagging question in the back of my mind that increased when I gave my life to the Lord. Then one day I saw the answer and you will too if you really want to know the truth. It will come to you. With you being a young Christian I really wish that you could be shielded from all of these confusing view points on here. A lot of people are telling you their own personal belief and they are not Christians themselves. I hope that you find an unbiased answer.
With you being a Christian that means that you must be Christ like. Follow Jesus' teachings and meditate on them. Do not change the word to fit your purpose but read it with an open mind and apply it to your life. As a bit of encouragement, I know that you may feel as if you can't help being gay but there was a time that I thought that I needed to have sex with my boyfriend but I have been delivered from that and since then my life has been much better.
Also, I have heard a well known preacher and gospel artist say that he was gay and that he wasn't anymore. He said that God delivered him from the bondage of the gay lifestyle. There have been others as well.
I will pray that you find the answer that you need to hear and not just an answer of what you might want to hear. Just as Jesus suffered so that we may receive life after death, we too can swap some things that we want to do for the things that God has planned for us.
Be blessed of the Lord
I Love you and so does God.

First off, No you will not go to hell for being gay, secondly people who say heaven and hell dont exist just dont want any guilt for that bad crap they do. Life doesn't make sense without GOD bottom line. And know other religion relates to humans more than Jesus. My God is one who knows my pain and has felt it, Like Jesus up on that bloody cross dieing for me and everyone else. Not some smilling figure, that acts like life is a marry-go-round. OK to answer your question further. God loves you man no matter what. Your gay and yes the bible says it is wrong, but by no means will you ever go to hell after You have accepted Jesus as your savior. He paid the price for you, there is no way anyone could ever earn Heaven, it is a free Gift from God, That is what is so beautiful about it. I understand you struggle with being gay. Everyone struggles with there different sins in life (I know I do) but for some reason crazy Christains think that being gay is low as low (by the way I am a Christain, just not a crazy one). Listen if I were you I would talk to someone about it. Ask them to pray for you and if you really dont want to be gay anymore then I think you will be ok. You will probably always struggle with it a little but just dont act on it. I also wouldn't advise trying to be straigh either. Maybe your just ment not to be married or somthing. Focus on God and what He is telling you. You are going to be ok. God bless and I will pray for you. brotheren.

At 13, you are suffering the normal process of growing up which includes hormonal imbalances, natural sexual curiousity, and confusion. Your other questions give witness to your state of confusion. While I don't know where you are, in the US you are still considered to be a child, even though you could be a mature one.
My advice to you is to seek a trusted adult who can help you get the answers and guidance that you seek. You are in need of more direction than `can be found from strangers on this forum. If you feel there is no family member you can turn to, consider a pastor or high school counselor, they are bound to confidence....
I am sorry that I do not have any numbers on hand, but there are even counseling hotlines, use the internet, phonebook, or library to locate these, your school nurse may be a source of info for you.

It says in the bible that women should not be with women and men should not be with men (Romans 1:24-32, Leviticus 18:22 and 20:13, 1st Corithians 6:9-11) so to go against that would be a sin ...Just stating the facts. Everyone sins and no sin is really better than another. Like the guy 2 avatars below me said, God hates the sin, not the sinner. But you choose what you wanna believe. NO ONE CAN MAKE YOU BELIEVE ANYTHING. It only counts if you believe it for yourself no matter what other people think.

You must repent of this. You are claiming to be a Christian, and at the same time, you are involved in sin and abomination before the sight of God. If you wish to truly be a Christian, you are called to separate yourself from sin and unrighteousness. If you do not do this, then you are merely a hypocrite. One cannot be gay and be Christian at the same time. The one negates the other. Christ saves us from sin and unrighteousness. He does not abide or tolerate it.
You say you cannot help it. That is true, as a sinner cannot help or save themself. It takes the power of the Holy Ghost. When you involve Christ, it all changes. Lives change. Hearts change. The desires of the heart change. Place it at the Savior's feet. Trust in Him. Believe Him. Repent. You can be healed. You are in bondage to Satan, and that is what Jesus does, break the chains of bondage.
These easy-sell knuckleheads will tell you what you want to hear, and tell you that this will not condemn you, but they are wrong. Christ said that "Strait is the gate, and narrow is the path that leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it." That is why many of these people will be wondering why they themselves end up there. Because the truth is not in them. They have believed a lie unto damnation. Do not fall for the same thing. Look all through the NT, and read the verses about people that "defile themselves with mankind". This refers to gays. Christ can heal you, brother.
Good luck. God bless and help you.

I strongly encourage you to check out the Metropolitan Community Churches at http://www.mccchurch.org//AM/Template.cfm?Section=&WebsiteKey=
The church was founded by gay and lesbian Christians to minister especially to Gays, Lesbians, Bisexuals and the Transgendered without condemnation. There are congregations all over the world (you can find them on the website). Being Gay is a gift from God to be used lovingly. God will no more condemn you for being gay than God would if you were left handed or had red hair.
I am sure others will answer this question with threats of hell but before you accept what they say check out this website.

I belive that answer lays between you and God ultimately. However If you are a believing christian than their are two stories to look at one is in the book of Genisis where God shows us that He sent down "Man and Woman" and said be fruitfull and muliply. He did not send down "Man and Man".
The other story is the one of Sodom and Gomorah... Please forgive the spelling... And we all know what happend to that city.
Also if you look throughout the Bible you will see examples of Men getting Married to Women not to Men. There must be a reason for this.
Also throughout nature with a few exceptions you see that all of life is Male and Female.
So I believe the answer is No you will not go to Hell per say. But you may not attain all that you are worth as a Child of God.
Also it is not for us as human to judge who will or will not go to hell but You may find depending on which faction of Christiantiy you look into that Earthly blessings may be withheld for not following the examples of The bible and other deeply religious texts.
I hope this answers your questions. Good luck

Friend, I am so glad you asked this question. The fact is, we ALL deserve hell. You may be gay: that's one sin that I have never been tempted with. However, I feel sure that I have committed many sins that YOU have never been tempted with. We're all in the same boat.
So, every one of us sinners, me as much as (maybe more than) you, deserve hell. If God is a righteous judge, He can't just ignore sin: He has to punish it. Thankfully, Jesus Christ provided the payment for our sins - through His shed blood on the cross. That payment is available to any one of us who accepts it. No matter what your sins, God will accept you into His family.
Is homosexual behavior a sin? Absolutely. The Bible is perfectly clear on that. Thankfully, no sin is too great to keep you from the saving power of Christ.
Please, contact me directly to talk more. I would love to talk.

Yes...we each get to heaven by accepting His gift of salvation, and then in turn, we work with God on removing those areas that He calls sin.
continue to seek after Him...continue to let His word speak to your heart....continue to let His Scripture have authority over your lifestyle, instead of believing others that say our lifestyle should judge the authenticity of the Bible.
Gay is not the only obstacle for gaining Heaven. There's lust, lying, cheating, hate, greed and a whole list. While your struggle is not what I struggle with, your struggle is no more ugly than mine is to the eyes of a Holy God who refuses to embrace what He has said is wrong.
As for saying "God made me this way", I can say that about my adulturous past, my whiskey drinking days, and my bar-hopping pool stick swinging fighting days. Which is so far from the truth...God made us to be more than what we are today...which is why He chose to pay the payment and die in our place..so He can work with us on cleaning us, and making us Holy as He is Holy.

The Bible says that homosexuality is an abomination. Maybe as you read and learn you will understand. Your body is a temple and must be treated sacred. If you are gay and live a celibate lifestyle you can live a christian life. Sodomy is also a sin even between a man and woman who are married. When you die you must defend your life to God who is the only judge that counts. All these people that say it doesnt matter have taken Christianity and twisted it to fit how they want to live their lives.
