Show me where in the bible it says that. Which text, which verse? second of all, the whole reason god sent his son here was for him to give his life as a ransom (John 3:16,17). Since Satan made Eve eat from the forbidden fruit, and therefore forsaking all their children (hence humankind) to imperfection and disease, we needed a redemption (Genesis 3:1-6). Adam and Eve were perfect and therefore, in order for it to be just, Jehovah God sent his son, Jesus, to preach the good news of the kingdom, and equal out the sin Adam introduced. The reason we are not yet perfect? That's another topic entirely. I'd be happy to explain.

God Himself became human to pay the price of our original sin for us so that we wouldn't die spiritually and be eternally separated from Him. He thus became perfect God and perfect man. A new Adam so to speak, thus male plus God is a God or order. He did this because He loves us. God is love. God had told Adam and Eve that if they disobeyed Him, they would die, not just physically but spiritually. So God became man as Christ and died for us so He could redeem us-that is pay the price for us and in doing so, at judgment, God will only see Christ's perfection in us instead of our sin and we can go to Heaven-justification. He also did this so as to do away with the Law which only caused death because nobody could obey it and thus gave us His Holy Spirit which is not only a piece of Heaven in us now but gives us Christ's mind. We also receive spiritual understanding in all things we see in this world and can understand scripture. God as Jesus defeated Satan already. The war has been won but the battle still rages. Why? Who knows. Read the Book of Job. God has a reason and a plan to be played out yet.

God the Son Lord Jesus is God Himself incarnate in the flesh to show His glory to mankind and to die for the sin of the world because God loves all of us, John 3:14-18.

For only through a precious blood of sinless or unblemish person, like Lord Jesus, can pay for our sins and iniquities!

Heb 9:22 And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.

Therefore, if God didnot make provision for us to be saved, then we all die and go to Hell of Fire! And also, the sin of unbelief (not believing that Lord Jesus is the only way to be saved no other way) is a fatal mistake someone can make in his/her life;
Joh 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
Mar 16:16 He that believeth and is baptized (in Lord Jesus death by believing Him) shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

Jesus was not God's son in a parental meaning of the Word. You need to remember that Jesus is God.

He is the son of man in the meaning that He was born form a woman. But he is son of God because he was born through immaculate conception. No sex involved. Virgin birth.

Because man owed a debt that required a perfect, sinless sacrifice. Jesus, Gods' only begotten Son, was the only perfect sacrifice to take away the sins of the world.

He created all beings. The first being was "like a son to him". They grew close from the start and created all things together. Jehovah does not lack anything. He did not NEED a son. Loneliness did not play a factor. He created all things because he wanted to give them life. Jesus later became a Son to Jehovah when he came to Earth to answer the charges put before Jehovah by Satan. Jesus defended his Father's name and sovereignty.

It is symbolic - as in we all are "sons of God."

Rather than everything happens 'for a reason' it is more accurate that every effect has a cause - whether we can perceive what it is or not. God/Reality is the non-material field in which we are all embedded that is responsive to consciousness. Reality mirrors the contents of consciousness. We are creators (or miscreators) of our experience.

Likely a woman would not have been accepted as Rabbi, Teacher, Master, Lord.

Sexist, yes? Accurate, si!

The "need" for a SON is like this I think - for a sacrifice any sacrifice to be meaningful it needs to be something held very dear, very precious, very personal - is there anything more personal to sacrifice than your very own SON?!?

Just my thoughts....as far as I know the scriptures do not answer all these WHYS....having all the answers kinda precludes the necessity of faith now, doesn't it?

God required a blood sacrifice (a very primitive, pre-scientific notion for an omnipotent God, come to think of it) as payment for the sins of the people he created. He offered up his son for this sacrifice since, well, it was ultimately God's fault that sin exists and he should pay the penultimate price for his mistake (the loss of a child).

Because when God the Son became human in the person called Jesus, God then availed Himself of everything that humans go through -- including suffering, despair and death. And because He rose from the dead, we will too.
