It felt real. It felt like my tongue was pushing my bottom and upper gum and my teeth just started to fall off. I had this dream twice.

One theory is that dreams about your teeth reflect your anxiety about your appearance and how others perceive you. Sadly, we live in a world where good looks are valued highly and your teeth play an important role in conveying that image. Teeth are used in the game of flirtations, whether it be a dazzling and gleaming smile or affectionate necking. These dreams may stem from a fear of your sexual impotence or the consequences of getting old. Teeth are an important feature of our attractiveness and presentation to others.

Your perspective on this question, I'm not sure. It could mean a lot of things as as an interpretation. Do you believe this could be of a prophetic nature, or is your mind trying to inform you subconsciously about something that has already happened. Either way I think it involves you being subjected to a possibly humiliating experience past, present or upcoming. If you think it could be prophetic, here's my advice to you. Think of anyone you have been bad -mouthing, either directly or indirectly. If you can come up with a name or names, I would strongly advise trying to see their point of view on whatever it is and try to patch things up with them in an amicable way. You may advert your upcoming humiliation which will be more humiliating than reaching out to this person or persons and patching things up. If you can't come up with anyone be careful to not be bad-mouthing anyone presently because if it's prophetic you may still have a chance to steer clear of the trap you may soon be stepping in. If it is something in the past your mind is probably trying to form a callous over some recently past or further past event in which you were humiliated. The callous will allow you to not hurt so bad about this event the next time you remember it. I would feel grateful for this dream and try to adopt a more humble attitiude for the next week or so toward everyone you come in contact with. Also it could mean that someone is bad-mouthing you, still keep the humble attitude, as the dream is forewarning you to be careful, you are the victim, your being careful and humble and perceptive will lessen the impact of your potential humiliation. Just be careful, not a smart-***.

Teeth have a variety of meanings depending on the context of the dream. Losing teeth represents a loss of power or potency, maturation, the process of growing older, or physical or emotional injury.

As a symbol, teeth falling out has multiple definitions, It could mean harsh words or gossip on your part, it could mean you are becoming more mature, it could mean something else entirely, it depends on what else is going on in the dream.... It is a vey common dream symbol, though....

I've had that dream a TON of times.. and it has really freaked me out. I guess I have this innate fear of my teeth falling out? I don't know, but it generally happens when i'm under a lot of stress.
