7, unless you have your mother's consent...with consent it's 6 and under.....some people tatoo babies...
EDIT:--- Sorry, I was just in a flaky mood...tatoos screw up more modeling careers than they help..photo shopping them out appears to be just another pain in the *** thing photogs don't needlessly want to do unless they have to...

if you are under 18 its illegal to get one even with a parent's consent for the state of california. If you are a hot girl you can get one no matter how old you are.....

18 years old... but I think you can find some parlors that will do it with your parents permission (they have to be there and sign papers)....
