Several times now I've seen drivers go right through an intersection when the walk sign was on, and they were all on cell phones. They seemed so oblivious! Have you experienced the same?

My husband was run over by a woman on a cell phone. He survived and she went home with a stupid trafiic ticket. Of course he can't drive a car now if he were to try. Oh well. I'm the only driver in the family anyways.

yeah that has happend to me. I have also had people on cell phones when they are driving and they go like 10 under the limit and run through lights and stop signs

YES AND THIS IS WHAT YOU DO...............
CALL THE POLICE AND GIVE THEM THE LICENSE NUMBER OF THE VEHICLE AND YOU WILL HAVE 50/50 CHANCE THEY WILL BE PULLED OVER.
WHO KNOWS MAYBE YOU WILL SAVE SOMEONES LIFE.
