I have to do a report on 3 colleges and UCLA is one of them. I was wondering if UCLA accepts work done in High School from Community College or Advanced Placement Test scores as college credit.

Yes they do. All community colleges in CA offer courses that are transferable to the UC system. Also, you will get college credit at a UC for any AP score 3 or higher, although you may not necessarily get out of taking a class.
