The truck is a 2006 special off road model with 6 speed manual 6 cylinder gas engine. I want to pull a 5ht wheel around 25-26 feet. will this work???

You might be alright. That's a powerful truck. Just make sure to pay attention to the numbers. 5th wheels pull nicer than bumper-pull trailers. Just stay under the trailer weight capacity of the truck, make sure the hitch is properly installed and the trailer brakes are properly adjusted (and present!)

Make sure the weight on the hitch won't exceed the GAWR of the rear axle. I don't think it will but do check.

Make sure you have a "Good Tow Package" Off Road tires and stay "Under Tow Cap. Weight by 1/4" for safety!
