No. The alcohol of the wine evaporates as it is cooking so only its flavor is left in what you eat.

maximum the alcohol vaporizes and could become air. The greater it gets cooked, greater alcohol chefs off. i've got had many ingredients with wines and liquors cooked into it and that i'm thirteen. it rather is going to upload a superb style to it :)
