He is your typical, soft-headed liberal. They are just so sensitive to minorities that they just can't say, "enough with all the illegal immigration, deport these invaders!" I don't think he is wrong 95% of the time, it's more like 75%!

Know yourself better, that's number one. Don't feel you're a loser just because you're going through a hard time. The difficult things in life help form our character. A few years down the road you might look back at the hard times as a great learning experience. I'd like to give you more specific advice about finding a job, but I don't know what your interested in or good at. Try self employment if you're at all so inclined. Even if it doesn't turn into a lucrative long term career, you will learn so many important skills from it. When there seem to be a lot of barriers to success, sometimes a move to a different community can help. This worked out really well for me.

To the poster above (lucky) that actually believes that anything about this website is actually "real". How do you know that is his picture?

How do you even know it's a dude? For all you know, it could be an 85 year old woman living in London, England. Grow up.

You know NOTHING about the people that post on this website.

You don't know whether they are male, female, age, country they live in...nothing.

If you believe it, you are more naive (stupid) than most of us.

I do NOT tell you this to insult you, only to educate you...for your own protection...

I hope you don't look at any of the pictures on these avatars and actually believe it's a picture of the person posting...

Edit to coragryph:

I don't CARE if it's your photo, nor does it matter in the grand scheme of things....as I'm sure you are aware.

Nor should you...unless you think for some reason your what you look like actually matters on this site.

Since he is unqualified, what are your credentials to address this board? It is a legitimate question, since you are calling the quality of his education into question

Granted, I'm no friend of Coragrph. I've ended up on the other side of the argument than him but I've seen that in enough instances than not, his logic is sound. It seems to me if the only way you have to answer his arguments is to go to the "Left wing correspondence law school" name calling tact, then his correspondence school degree seems to be beyond your own meager talents to refute his arguments.

I don't always agree with Coragryph, however his answers are generally astute and well-written.
As for attorneys in general, they receive a well-grounded undergraduate education, then follow a rigorous curriculum in law school. My son is in his second year at a very conservative law school, and after scoring very highly on the LSAT had his choice of schools.
Perhaps I should ask him if your post constitutes libel or defamation of character.
His posts are respectful and should be respected whether you agree or not.

What's wrong with Coragryph? I enjoy his answers, they're well thought out and researched. I went to law school, and I've found his answers, that have sources, to be true. At least he will cite his sources. When he doesn't cite a source, it's his opinion. I may not always agree with his opinion, but he doesn't attack someones character like you. Seems like maybe you need to grow up.

Let's see -- the law school I went to is actually primarily conservative. It wasn't a correspondence school. Fascist is right wing, not left wing. Commie is also not leftist -- its either authoritarian (right wing) or neutral. Neither I nor any of the law school faculty (that I knew of) were gay. And I support civil rights for everyone, regardless of their sexual orientation, or religion, or political philosophy.

When I am wrong, I freely admit I am wrong -- which is why I also tend to provide sources for most of the legal references I make, so that people can form their own conclusions. I doubt it's in the 95% range -- but I could be wrong about that.

If you think my understanding of federal law is wrong, please send me the citations to the legal sections and I'll be happy to double check -- I don't know every area of law, and I'm always happy to learn when I am basing a conclusion on incorrect information.

And reporting to ICE is not the same as enforcing federal immigration laws. Unless you are changing the meaning of the word "enforce" to be something other than the way law enforcement and the courts use it. Which was the basis of my answer -- the way the terms are actually used in court.

The rest of your personal attack is just amusing -- I visit the forums when I am on vacation, which has nothing to do with my sexual orientation or anyone else's.

EDIT to whiz -- good point about photos, but that actually is my picture. From a little over a year ago.

Wow. I don't know him very well but have seen many of his responses and although I might not agree with him, I certainly don't consider him a left wing commie. If anything, he's a staunch supporter of the constitution, pro freedom, and I have serious doubts that he's gay (his business anyway), but have seen him to defend their rights to be gay.

I would consider him to be more of the Libertarian persuasion than anything. He's for less government interference not more, I believe.

He is way smarter than you and the law school he went to is a very good school. Over 4,000 people applied to that school last year and there are less than 200 spots. Get a life and stop picking on someone just because you're frustrated that you can't debate him with a logical legal argument. He will shut you down with perfect logic every time. So get over it and move on and stop crying because you aren't as smart as him.

Hey Blacktan: Not all the accepted students go there. Duh. That doesn't negate the fact that there was 4,000 people that applied. It is small and a good school.

And I'm not your babe. Which law school did you go to so we can criticize it? Oh wait. You didn't go because nobody would let you in.
